• Coordinate and facilitate your stay at our guest home

How We Process Form Submissions

When you submit a contact or review form, your information is sent to our staff via email using a third-party email delivery service (SendGrid by Twilio). We do not store form submissions in a database. Your information is transmitted securely over HTTPS and is retained only in our staff email inbox for the purpose of responding to your request.

Spam Protection

Our forms use CleanTalk, a third-party spam protection service, to prevent automated submissions. CleanTalk may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns to distinguish legitimate submissions from spam. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data does not personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers described above (SendGrid for email delivery, CleanTalk for spam protection, and Google for analytics) and only as necessary for those services to function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our staff email for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Guest reviews that are approved for publication remain on our website indefinitely. Records related to your stay are kept only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes.

Your Rights

• Access and correction: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, including any published review.
